1.2 Support Policy

December 15th, 2025

ACHE is free to use and comes with no support policy. Unless there is a specific contractual agreement between your organization and AC, then all support queries should be directed to the original vendor. In this case, that will be RedHat.

Users should be aware that obtaining upstream vendor support is also contingent on the following:

  • The support query being related to core CentOS features shipped with the original release. The upstream vendor cannot answer queries related to any AC specific package or customization.
  • The user has an active contract or subscription with the upstream vendor.

Requests for technical help sent directly to AC will go unanswered.

1.2.1 Recommendations for Enterprise Users

With a significant amount of information available online from reliable sources, it may be considered feasible for some organizations to self-support a deployment of ACHE.

However, for users that mandate a direct vendor relationship, it is recommended to deploy ACHE in the context of a preexisting support license with RedHat or acquire a support license for the duration of the expected deployment.
